• Each client is provided with a free estate sale analysis and customized plan.
• There are no upfront costs. Our commission is taken strictly from the proceeds of the sale.
• All items are priced with thoroughly researched integrity.
• We organize your items in a manner that makes them most attractive to potential customers.
• We offer 2 -4 day sales, allowing more time for larger estates.
• In the case of a substantial collection we will work with appraisers or specialists as needed to get second opinions on identification and market value. This service is included in our commission and will not result in an additional cost to you.
• We conduct a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign for each sale:
• We will advertise and market your sale online, in newspapers and through outdoor signage.
• We advertise your sale at other sales prior to your scheduled date
• We have subscribers on our mailing list that will be notified of your sale
• Our professional, knowledgeable, compassionate staff will manage all aspects of the sale.
• We provide a silent bidding system on items that are priced higher.
• Our clients are provided with a detailed inventory of all items sold over $50.00.
• MasterCard and Visa are accepted for purchases over $50.00.
• We provide tables, linens, locking cases for small valuables and booties for customers to wear.
• Additional services include cleaning out remaining items for storage or donation at the end of the sale. We provide each client with a tax deductible receipt for all items donated.
• Full payment is made to our client within 7 business days of the sale.
